1. Service Description

CustomBookings provides bespoke online booking and appointment management software for hair salons, barbershops, and beauty clinics. Our service includes a custom-branded booking website, secure deposit payments via Stripe, staff and schedule management, real-time notifications, and automated email confirmations.

2. Payment Terms

• Platform Setup Fee: £59 (one-time, payable upfront before service delivery)
• Monthly Maintenance: £9.99 per month, billed monthly via recurring payment
• Setup fees are payable before the booking website is built and deployed
• Monthly maintenance covers hosting, updates, support, and ongoing changes

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information (name, services, pricing, availability) for the booking page
• Provide valid Stripe account credentials for payment processing
• Maintain an active Stripe account for deposit payments to function
• Notify us promptly of any changes to business details or requirements

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for the booking platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime caused by third-party services (including Stripe, Supabase, or hosting providers).

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a perpetual licence to use the custom booking page built for their business. The underlying platform, code, and system architecture remain the property of CustomBookings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomBookings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any material changes will be communicated to clients via email.
